The scheduled program of exhibitions as well as the permanent collection is registered from 1950 to nowadays.
The essential artistic movements are represented in the collections. A few points of reference from the first part of the century are giving us the possibility to list the principal esthetical or pictural means used later by the contemporary avant-garde artists.
Geographical criteria like the position in the Mediterranean zone or the proximity with northern Italy, the great number of artists living on the French Riviera are also determining the programs and giving the museum a double calling : regional and international in the same time.
